Aireloom mattresses purchased at Hadley Olivia include a 120-day comfort guarantee. We ask customers to sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow time to adjust to the support and firmness.
If the mattress isn’t the right fit after the adjustment period, you may exchange it within the 120-day window. A $149 comfort exchange fee applies.
