Refund policy

Refund & Exchange:  Due to the personal natures of our products all sales are final.  In the event you are not satisfied with the comfort of the mattress purchased, we offer a onetime 120 day exchange for a different model or tension of your choosing*.  In the event the mattress you choose is more expensive, you are responsible for the price difference (calculated at current MSRP).  If the mattress you select is lower priced, a store gift card will be issued for the difference.  A $149 re-delivery fee is charged on all comfort exchanges.
